Property Officer Role
This position is a specialist role in providing advice and support to stakeholders regarding property matters. It involves ensuring lease/license/agreements are in place, executing strategies to minimize vacancy rates and maximize commercial returns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing expert property advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring timely completion of lease/license/agreements.
* Developing and executing strategies to optimize property returns.
* Project managing property-related issues for key projects.
* Maintaining accurate and timely written and verbal correspondence.
* Contributing to the development of budgets and financial analysis.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in property management.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
* Demonstrated capability in managing diverse property portfolios and high-level report writing.
* A Class C driver's license.
* Proof of Australian residency or citizenship.
