The business is now preparing for the launch of its flagship project, Paradiso Place — a luxury mixed-use and residential development in the heart of Surfers Paradise, located just meters from one of the worlds most iconic beaches.
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager to take ownership of day-to-day marketing delivery and play a key role in driving awareness, enquiry, and sales momentum for the project.
This is a stand-alone, individual contributor role reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, within a growing, high-performing and results-driven team. You will be supported by leadership and external partners, while being trusted to bring ideas, challenge thinking, and drive outcomes.
Rather than focusing on years of experience, we are most interested in what you have delivered, how you approach campaigns, and how you can add value from day one.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, and display suite activity
• Develop and manage buyer messaging, creative assets, and marketing content
• Brief and manage agencies, creatives, and media partners
• Drive lead generation and support lead nurturing aligned to sales releases
• Work closely with the Sales team to support enquiry conversion
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise activity, and report on results
About You
We are open to candidates with experience marketing high-value, high-consideration lifestyle or investment products, including (but not limited to):
• Residential or mixed-use property
• Luxury lifestyle brands
• Automotive, travel, financial services, or premium consumer products
You will likely demonstrate:
• Experience delivering consumer marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
• Strong digital and performance marketing capability
• Confidence working across multiple marketing channels
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results and return on investment
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Direct property experience is advantageous but not essential if you can demonstrate success influencing complex purchasing decisions for premium products or services.
