This is a hands‐on role focused on creating learning that works to help teams build knowledge, operate consistently and lift performance, with a strong focus on our call centre teams.
About the role
You'll design, develop and deliver learning solutions across a range of business areas, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training supports business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and developing learning solutions
* Facilitating training across technical and behavioural capabilities
* Supporting induction programs, ongoing capability uplift and role‐based training
* Maintaining and improving learning materials, content and accessibility
* Contributing to training needs analysis and identifying capability gaps
What you'll bring
* Experience developing learning content with an understanding of adult learning principles
* Confident facilitation skills across different audiences and formats
* Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into practical learning solutions
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Work directly with business areas to make a meaningful impact
