About the organisation
NT 7 Support Services is a Northern Territory-based NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centred disability support services. The organisation is approved to provide assistance with personal activities (including high intensity), community nursing care, accommodation/tenancy supports, life stage transition, and specialised disability accommodation. Services also include daily tasks/shared living, household tasks, transport assistance, community participation, group/centre activities, and life skills development. NT 7 Support Services is committed to promoting independence, inclusion, and improved outcomes for participants across the NT.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Assist participants with community access and recreational activities
* Provide outreach support to medical appointments, community groups and activities of choice
* Deliver personal care, including showering, toileting and hygiene assistance
* Perform manual handling in accordance with safety procedures
* Provide transport for participants using own vehicle where required
* Complete domestic and yard duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
* Support participants with 24-hour complex care needs where applicable
* Implement strategies for capacity building and skill development
Role overview

Requirements
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Medication administration certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Minimum Certificate III in Disability or
at least 1–2 years relevant experience
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NDIS modules completed
* Working With Children Check
* Police Check
* Driver's licence
* Fully comprehensive car insurance
