Liter & Penny Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Multimedia Designer to design and produce multimedia and visual content to support print, digital, and signage production requirements. The Multimedia Designer will contribute to the company's range of visual solutions by developing concepts, preparing artwork, and finalising design outputs for production in signage, promotional, and informational media.
The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for:
* Reviewing internal briefs and client information to translate project goals into practical visual and multimedia design solutions
* Assessing how visual content will function within physical environments such as signage, displays, and installed visual systems
* Creating original design concepts that integrate branding, messaging, and spatial considerations across print and digital formats
* Producing visual materials including layout concepts, artwork drafts, mock visuals, and presentation material to support approvals
* Developing final design outputs using professional design software for print production, large-format signage, and digital applications
* Working closely with sales, project management, and production teams to adjust designs in response to technical, budgetary, or site requirements
* Advising on suitable production approaches, including substrates, finishes, print methods, and display formats, to achieve the intended visual outcome
* Preparing production-ready files and specifications to ensure accurate printing, fabrication, and installation
* Liaising with print and signage production teams during manufacture to support quality control and consistency with approved designs
* Organising and maintaining digital design files and project records for ongoing operational and client use
* Requirements for the Position
* Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a closely related field (or equivalent relevant work experience)
* Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in multimedia design, print design, or signage-related design roles
* Proficiency in industry-standard design and multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Experience preparing artwork for print production and large-format signage
* Strong understanding of visual communication, layout, typography, andbranding principles
* Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet production deadlines
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within internal teams

Pay: $63,264.55 – $105,348.42 per year
