Salt is proud to partner with a leading global Energy & Utilities organisation navigating significant regulatory and compliance transformation. We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving large-scale change across people, culture, and business operations.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will act as a trusted advisor, leading and coaching executives while delivering measurable improvements in performance, adoption, and engagement. You will design and execute end-to-end change strategies, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and lasting impact beyond the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the change management strategy and plans across multiple workstreams.
Build executive and stakeholder buy-in, ensuring ownership and accountability for change outcomes.
Mentor and guide peers and change champions to uplift organisational change capability.
Develop and deliver communication and training programs to drive adoption and sustain transformation.
Monitor and report on change in progress, providing insights and adjustments as required.
Support leaders, employees, and teams through coaching and guidance during transition phases.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of proven success in managing large-scale transformation programs.
Strong background in strategy change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training delivery.
Experience in the Utilities sector would be desired, however large company transformations is a must
Exceptional interpersonal, consultation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
What's on Offer
