Your new role
As a Junior Litigation Lawyer, you will be an integral part of their litigation and financial services team, working on a variety of general commercial litigation and debt recovery matters. The firm have a stronghold on the financial industry which make up most of their clientele. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the preparation and management of litigation files
* Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
* Attending court appearances and mediations
* Advising clients on commercial litigation issues and risks
* Collaborating with senior lawyers on complex cases
What you'll need to succeed
* 0-3 years PAE with at least 1 year of experience in commercial litigation
* Strong analytical and research skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
