Reputable Commercial BuilderGood Salary Package with Career Progression Available Landmark Waterfront ProjectYour new companyA great opportunity has come to fruition to join a developer builder in Hervey Bay, well known for building a quality products. They have a solid pipeline of work and, with approvals for further projects in Hervey Bay, we also need a Site Manager for a well-regarded commercial builder, on the school project.Your new roleYou will be joining them on a Multi-Story Unit Development, complemented by a full-site team. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will take overall responsibility for quality, safety and coordinating all trades in delivering this fully documented D&C project. Scheduling and fortnightly programming along with maintaining site diaries and quality records using Ritek will all play a part in this role.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered, you must have experience as a Site Manager on medium-rise unit developments, ideally with projects that are $10M+ with 6 levels or more, or Govt Institutional projects. A current QBCC Builder's Supervisors Licence is essential, while knowledge of local trades and officials would be advantageous.
