About The Role
We are seeking a visionary Product Manager – AI Commerce to lead a newly created role at the forefront of innovation. This position will be responsible for owning and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered commerce solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the future of customer experience, working closely with design, technology, and a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the product vision and strategy for AI commerce
* Develop and manage a clear roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs
* Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver seamless, intelligent customer experiences
* Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in AI and commerce
* Translate customer insights into innovative product features and solutions
* Drive product launches, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and successful adoption
About You
* A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Product Manager
* Proven experience in ecommerce, digital product, personalisation or AI/ML environments
* Experience in delivering AI driven products from concept to production
* 3+ years' experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a strong customer‑centric focus is preferred
* Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines and model lifecycle
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
* Experience in defining and tracking success measures related to AI use cases
* Excellent communication skills to be able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
* Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and storytelling ability
* Capable of working collaboratively with teams and leaders across Customer & Digital & Technology teams
* Ability to think strategically and practically to translate insights into recommendations
* Understanding of AI governance, ethics and data privacy frameworks
* Experience in designing and implementation of A/B testing strategies
* Deep understanding of the retail landscape, working in and leading in a rapidly evolving omni‑channel customer centric environment
