Your overall responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of internal processes while fostering clear, effective communication both within the organisation and with external stakeholders.
This role combines administrative expertise, project coordination, and strategic communication to strengthen team capability, boost engagement, and elevate brand presence.Duties and Responsibilities:Support the day to day operations of the business including facilities, administration and executive assistanceLead internal communications, including newsletters, intranet updates, team events and internal messaging, ensuring alignment with company valuesManage external communications such as capability statements, website updates and social media contentOversee onboarding, offboarding and internal training programs to enhance learning and team capabilityCoordinate cross-functional internal projects from planning through to delivery, with responsibility for timelines, reporting, and collaborationManage and maintain budgets for communications, office administration and learning and development initiativesSkills, Experience and Qualities:You have previous experience in thriving in a commercially focused, fast moving environmentYou are skilled in project coordination, administration, and end-to-end communications deliveryConfident working with website CMS platforms and a range of digital tools Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomouslyA collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetBenefits and Culture:This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned or emerging leader ready to take the next step in their career, leading from the front in a well-established and thriving company.
