**About the Role**
- Answering incoming call/Switchboard
- Data entry, data documentation and data processing
- Directing calls to the related departments
- Greeting guests
- Responsible for the coordination of meeting & training rooms
- General administration support
**Who are we looking for?**
- Experienced Customer Service, Administration and Receptionist
- Previous 1-2 year experience working in office environment
- Demonstrate a friendly and professional phone manner
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) essential
