About The Role
Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing are central to our mission — enabling our ageing and disabled community members to live fulfilling lives at home for as long as possible, doing what they love.
We provide around-the-clock care, with visits scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet client needs.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide a genuine, compassionate, and personalized care experience to clients.
* Assist with activities of daily living including personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship.
* Deliver care according to the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
* Ensure safety needs are met and equipment is used properly.
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

Skills & Experience
* Passion for making a difference.
* Self-led with responsibility for personal behavior and success.
* Coachable attitude.
* Previous caregiving experience is advantageous.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to report client care concerns to Care Designers.
* Reliable transportation to client homes; owning a vehicle is an asset.
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support, Individual Support, Disability, or extensive industry experience.
* National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector).
* Working With Children Check.
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
* NDIS Clearance.
