️Knowledge and experience of weighing and timing espresso shots (dialing in). (Essential)
Experience and confidence in adjusting grinder (Essential)
️Latte Art (Essential)
* Effecient and fast on the machine, with multitasking skills.
️alrounder jobs, customer service, clearing tables, washing up and smoothies.
️Opens and closes
️Great communication and friendly approach with customers and team members. Strong leadership skills
️supervisor skills is a bonus, but not a requirement
️MUST have a CAR to get to work
(no public transport, no scooter, no biking, no walking)
