Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and drive consistent IT service delivery across the Group.
* Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team of direct and indirect reports.
* Drive service performance through KPIs, issue resolution, and process optimisation.
* Champion cybersecurity strategy and ensure the protection of technology assets.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Contribute to the ICT strategy and Transformation roadmap, aligning technology with business goals.
About You:
* You are a seasoned IT leader with a global mindset, known for your ability to lead remote teams, manage change, and deliver results in complex environments.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology.
* Certified ITIL practitioner.
* Minimum 5 years in ICT leadership across multiple regions.
* Proven experience in cybersecurity strategy and IT infrastructure.
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, remote teams.
