Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Counsellor with expertise in community services and development to provide therapeutic support to young men and boys affected by family and domestic violence. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive client assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough client evaluations, identifying risk factors and community dynamics.
* Design and implement individualised therapy plans based on client needs and goals.
* Deliver trauma-informed counselling services, utilising evidence-based practices.
* Foster collaborative relationships with other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
* Gather and report high-quality data, including insights from families and carers when applicable.

Your Qualifications

* Diploma in Counselling or equivalent qualification.
