**Daily duties include**:
- End to end Portfolio management duties
- Conducting entry & exits reports
- Preparing lease agreements
- Maintenance requests
- Lease renewals
- Routine Inspections
- Bond disbursements
- **Minimum 1-2 years experience in Property Management**:
- **Current QLD Certificate of Registration**:
- A current driver's license
- An excellent problem solver
- The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision
- Hard-working and honest work ethic
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
