Food and Beverage Supervisor
This role is for a highly skilled hospitality professional to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume bistro/bar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of beverage products, and experience in managing large teams.
The key responsibilities include leading a well-structured team, motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service, and upholding health and safety standards. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, induction, training, and development of FOH staff, as well as inventory management and quality control.
Apart from these duties, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will play a crucial role in promoting business strategies through promotional activities and events, while also being an ambassador for the venue's values and customer experience.
