As the ICT Change Enablement Manager, you will lead the end‐to‐end ICT change process, ensuring changes are assessed, approved and implemented in a controlled, risk‐aware manner. You will chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, provide expert advice on risk and impact, and work closely with ICT and business stakeholders to minimise disruption. You will also drive continuous improvement in change governance, monitor performance and compliance, and foster a culture of disciplined, high‐quality change management that balances innovation with operational stability.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a NSWHP IT Change Management Policy and represent it when audited.
* Lead best‐practice aligned procedures that ensure controlled and carefully managed IT change activity, reducing risks of service disruption.
* Chair CAB meetings and provide risk and impact advice.
* Work closely with ICT and business stakeholders to minimise disruption.
* Drive continuous improvement in change governance and monitor performance and compliance.

Application Requirements

* Demonstrated experience and knowledge in leading large‐scale IT change processes in alignment with ITIL (Service Management best practice).
* Proven experience as an effective leader and team player with exceptional customer service skills and ability to work with and lead others.
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), ability to give presentations, engage clinicians, develop process training documents, negotiate changes under pressure, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Superior organisational skills, capable of working in a high‐volume and demanding professional environment, prioritising, multitasking, achieving business goals, and maintaining a customer‐focused approach.
* Experience using a range of tools and technology to support ITSM change management objectives.
* Experience leading and responding to Change Management audits, process and policy questions from executives, and other matters related to ensuring good governance.
