Job Description
- Underwrite commercial real estate debt investments
- Execute transactions across various real estate asset classes (e.g., new originations, loan modifications)
- Manage and service an existing portfolio of real estate debt positions
- Maintain and develop borrower relationships
- Conduct property tours, market research, and financial analysis
- Prepare internal and external presentations and reports
The Successful Applicant
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, lending, investment banking, or brokerage
- Excellent analytical and detail-orientation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
