Job Description
* Underwrite commercial real estate debt investments
* Execute transactions across various real estate asset classes (e.g., new originations, loan modifications)
* Manage and service an existing portfolio of real estate debt positions
* Maintain and develop borrower relationships
* Conduct property tours, market research, and financial analysis
* Prepare internal and external presentations and reports
The Successful Applicant
* Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
* 1-2 years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, lending, investment banking, or brokerage
* Excellent analytical and detail-orientation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
