The Opportunity
Reporting into the Finance Director, this Finance Business Partner role will sit at the centre of the commercial finance function, supporting a broad range of operational and commercial stakeholders across the business.
The business is specifically looking for someone with strong retail experience who enjoys fast-moving environments and can confidently influence stakeholders outside of finance.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver commercial insights and analysis to support strategic decision making
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes
* Partner closely with operational and commercial leaders across the business
* Support financial performance across retail, B2B and eCommerce channels
* Identify risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives
* Contribute to strategic and growth-focused projects
* Mentor and support a Finance Analyst within the team
About You
* Proven Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance experience
* Strong retail experience is essential
* Exposure across multi-brand or consumer environments preferred
* Ability to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
* CA or CPA qualified with strong analytical capability
