Sponsorship Marketing Professional
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team and play a key role in building deep connections with customers through iconic motorsport events, unforgettable fan experiences, and meaningful sponsorships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be super-organised and agile, and possess great communication skills. They will also have experience in brand management or campaigns, or working in events and sponsorship.
About the Role:
* Drive event and sponsorship management for major sponsorships, including partnerships with Supercars teams and events.
* Bring to life event activations – working with partners to create memorable experiences for fans, customers, and the team.
* Contribute to the development of major brand campaigns for Repco and NAPA.
* Ensure brand consistency and find new ways to bring brands to life.
* Collaborate with marketing and business teams to build effective marketing strategies.
* Support analysis and reporting of brand and sponsorship investments.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
* Experience (2-3 years) in sponsorship or brand marketing.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a complex environment and build strong relationships.
* Understanding of data-led marketing and ability to assess trends and results.
