**About You**:
- Possess 1-2 years' experience in a contact centre environment
- Experience in mortgages and/or commercial property is essential
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a resilient and adaptable attitude
- Display superior customer service skills
- Possess exceptional communication skills; verbal and written
