As the Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support strategic decision-making within the organisation. This role plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance evaluation to enhance business profitability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
 * Prepare and deliver timely and accurate management reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
 * End of month reporting with the completion of journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
 * Preparation of statutory returns.
 * Project Reconciliation and Debtor Management.
 * Continuously improve financial processes and reporting systems.
 * Support senior management with financial modelling, cost analysis, and business case development for new initiatives.
 * Assist with cash flow management and forecasting, working capital optimization, and financial risk assessment.
 * Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
Requirements
 * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 * CA ANZ or CPA qualification preferred.
 * Minimum 3 years of experience in management accounting or a similar role.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
 * Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, experience with MYOB Acumatica preferred.
 * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modelling techniques.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
