The Role
* Deliver domestic and commercial insurance reinstatement projects end-to-end
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and WHS compliance
* Manage client liaison and conflict resolution, often in occupied
* Handle make-safes, inspections, scheduling and progress reporting
* Forecast project revenue and completion dates while managing
budgets
* Maintain meticulous documentation and meet insurer SLAs
The Criteria
* Supervisor's Licence and trade qualification (highly desirable)
* Minimum 12 months experience in construction/building supervision (insurance/reno experience ideal)
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations
* Proven ability to balance site work with high-volume admin and scheduling
* Knowledge of WHS, NCC, AS3740 and insurance compliance requirements
* Occasional travel and overtime during emergency situations required
