Job Summary
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with independent retail and e-comm accounts including Amazon. In addition, you will support the National Sales Manager with key administrative and analytical tasks and support for our Marketing team.
Working alongside the National Sales Manager, you'll contribute to account planning, sales reporting, stock forecasting, and promotional planning to help drive growth across multiple channels.
Supporting the Marketing team, you'll assist with planning, prep and attendance of marketing events, assistance with marketing materials and assets and sample distribution.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
*
• Manage day-to-day communication with independent retail partners and Amazon
*
• Monitor sell-through performance and identify opportunities to grow sales
*
• Assist in planning and executing promotional strategies
*
• Ensure timely product listings, updates, and promotional content on Amazon
*
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with National Sales Manager/supply chain to avoid out-of-stock situations
Sales Support
*
• Analyse national and account-level sell-through data to provide actionable insights
*
• Assist in the preparation of product submissions and retailer line reviews
*
• Maintain sales reports, order tracker, and promotional planning documentation
*
• Provide support for claim processing and revenue forecasting
*
• Coordinate samples and assets for customers and complete product submission documentation
Marketing Support
* Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
* Organize and support trade shows, events, and retailer marketing initiatives.
* Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including product images, descriptions, and promotional content.
* Monitor retail partner websites to ensure all imagery and product information is current and correct.
Amazon Vendor Central & E-Commerce Support
* Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Vendor Central, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
* Track and analyze sales performance on Amazon and suggest data-driven improvements.
* Assist in handling compliance issues, and advertising efforts on the platform.
Qualifications & Skills
* 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, Junior Account Management, or e-commerce (preferably in consumer electronics, gaming, or retail).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc).
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
* Passion for gaming or an interest in consumer electronics is a plus
* Experience with Amazon is highly desirable
