About the role: We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable / Admin Clerk to join our team due to business growth. The role involves working closely with our Finance team to support business operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Coding incoming accounts payable invoices.
2. Entering invoices into accounting software.
3. Reconciliation of supplier statements with received invoices monthly.
4. Responding to supplier inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face.
5. Chasing invoice approvals for payment.
6. Debt collection.
7. Performing other tasks as delegated by the Finance Manager.
Skills & Experience:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
