Main Responsibilities
* Confidently plan and implement omnichannel marketing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer journey, and enhance brand sentiment.
* Manage and schedule digital content across email, social media, and web platforms for multiple clients.
* Support campaign rollouts from concept to reporting, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
* Optimize email and social content based on performance data, continually improving engagement and conversions.
* Write and edit engaging copy for digital platforms, maintaining brand alignment and tone.
* Collaborate with our design and strategy team to bring content to life, combining creativity with technical expertise.
* Stay up-to-date with platform trends and best practices, adapting our strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing or content coordination role, with a proven track record of success.
* Familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo, social media platforms, and CMS systems.
* Experience in performance marketing, including Meta Business Suite and paid social media advertising.
* Strong copywriting skills, capable of crafting creative and conversion-focused content.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple client schedules and priorities.
* Data-savviness, with a deep understanding of performance metrics and adaptability.
* A genuine interest in lifestyle, retail, interiors, beauty, or real estate industries, with a willingness to learn and grow.
* A proactive mindset, with a commitment to taking initiative and owning one's work.
* Experience working in a creative studio or agency environment, with comfort using basic design tools like Canva or Figma.
