Inspirations Paint is Australia's leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets. We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams. The Inspirations Paint Nerang (company) Store is looking for an enthusiastic Trade/Retail Specialist for a full time position. As part of the DuluxGroup, a leading marketer and manufacturer of premium branded products, Inspirations Paint employees are part of Australia's largest network of paint stores, serving both retail (DIY) and trade (professional/commercial) markets.
The successful applicant would have a background in retail sales, paint knowledge or relevant personal experience in home improvement projects and be genuinely interested in people and their projects, and in providing an exceptional customer experience to both our retail and trade customers.
The current position is available for immediate start for an enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to develop their career. Responsibilities include
* Building relationships with key customers by providing an exemplary customer experience to both retail and trade customers
* Providing advice to customers, tinting and mixing paint accurately
* Following the "Inspirations Way" guiding philosophy
* Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge in the areas of paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising
* Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping

Experience / Attributes
* Demonstrated customer service with personalised customer focus
* Well presented both in appearance and communication
* Able to contribute and work in a team environment
* Proven sales experience and a strong knowledge of paint and associated products
* Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or customer complaints
* Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn new systems
* Honest, reliable and punctual
* This role involves heavy lifting up to 25kgs

Inspirations Paint is Australia's largest network of paint stores, with over 130 stores nationwide. Inspirations Paint does not manufacture paint; we supply both professional painters and DIY retail customers. Over 100 of the stores are franchises, run independently by the Store owner. The Franchisor is Inspirations Paint Stores Pty Ltd.
