**The Opportunity**
Due to growth, and some exciting pieces of litigation due to commence, an excellent opportunity now exists for a talented commercial litigation lawyer to join this dynamic team at the level of Solicitor.
As a valued member of this high performing team, you will enjoy working with eminent partners on an enviable range of commercial litigation and insolvency matters for premium corporate and public sector clients. Expect to be heavily involved in complex litigation in State Supreme Courts and the Federal Court involving both Senior and Junior Counsel.
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 1 year of post admission experience in commercial litigation. Experience in insolvency and construction litigation would also be highly desirable, but is not required. You will have gained your experience in a reputable law firm and will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
