The role of the Global Relocation Specialist is instrumental in ensuring seamless delivery of relocation services end to end. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer service and coordination of international and domestic relocations.
* Effectively communicate with relocatees regarding the status of their move, ensuring efficient execution from start to finish.
* Interpret and distinguish specifics of each policy, explaining how it applies to ensure relocatione satisfaction.
* Actively manage relocatee issues, providing 360-degree communication and resolution.
* Follow up on moving services branches and third-party suppliers for outstanding information regarding client moves or quotations.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional service to clients is essential.
* Excellent ability to build rapport and relationships with clients, with strong written and verbal communication skills and diplomacy.
* Ability to think and present ideas clearly and logically.
* Must be a team player and self-starter with initiative and drive.
* Experience in a customer-focused or administrative role, providing end-to-end services supporting government clientele, is highly regarded.
