About the role
Lead the operational management of Hydro Tasmania's land, buildings and access assets across the state. You'll deliver maintenance and capital works using a whole‐of‐life approach, manage budgets, mitigate public and business risk, and lead stakeholder engagement for recreational, commercial and conservation access. This is a senior role with real impact on safety, community access and asset performance.
Salary range
$154,643 to $209,286 plus super.

Key responsibilities
* Run day‐to‐day production services operations, managing safety, access and bushfire risk.
* Deliver maintenance and capital works across roads, bridges, buildings and access assets.
* Manage Opex and Capex spend, forecasts and variances.
* Deliver the annual Production Services works program with clear controls.
* Manage on‐ground public access, recreation, leases and licences.
* Lead and develop the Production Services team.
Skills & experience
* Tertiary qualification in engineering or related discipline (civil ideal).
* Experience managing production services and operational sites.
* Proven delivery of capital works with strong value, risk and contract control.
* Strong people leadership with budget acumen and business case accountability.
* Applied Lean knowledge and a current C‐class driver licence.
