About This Role
As a mental health clinician, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals accessing our service within a community-based mental health care setting.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized psychosocial plans, focusing on case formulation approaches.
* Work cooperatively with consumers, families, carers, and extended agencies to achieve optimal outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse.
* AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
* Demonstrated skills in organisation and time-management, including the ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks.
