Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR advice and services to staff and people managers
* Review, triage, and resolve HR ticket enquiries in the Cherwell Service Management tool
* Analyse and update SAP HR data to support improvements to HR self-service products and services
* Contribute to business improvement initiatives and assist with the implementation and review of systems and the development of tools, policies, and procedures
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Knowledge of APS recruitment policies, procedures, and requirements, including onboarding and offboarding processes
* Well-versed in pay and conditions, leave, allowances, and general employee relations processes
* A strong SAP HR background with experience in analysing and updating data
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide professional customer service
