Process Improvement Specialist

The Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for designing, optimizing and troubleshooting processes within our manufacturing facilities to maximize efficiency, reduce waste and enhance safety and quality.
This role involves analyzing and improving production processes to achieve business objectives. It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process design and industrial systems. Proficiency in LEAN principles and engineering software is desirable.

Responsibilities:
* Design, optimize and troubleshoot processes to improve production efficiency, reduce costs and ensure product quality
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes
* Develop and maintain control systems to track KPIs and ensure smooth operations
* Lead initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement
* Uphold rigorous safety standards, develop SOPs and conduct risk assessments
* Analyze production data to provide actionable insights and reports
* Engage with internal teams and manage projects to meet timelines and objectives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Process, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Demonstrated experience in SCADA & Allen Bradley PLC systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Practical experience in process improvement
* Familiarity with engineering software and proficiency in LEAN principles
* Excellent communication, teamwork and time management skills
