The Opportunity
We're seeking an energetic, people-focused Training Manager to lead our Adelaide operations. This is your chance to guide a small, dynamic team, build strong industry relationships, and play a key role in shaping the future of vocational education in your region. With plenty of room to grow, you'll have the opportunity to expand genU Training's footprint and make a real impact.
What You'll Do
* Lead, coach, and support a small team of trainers and training coordinators, ensuring courses run smoothly and meet funding and regulatory requirements while fostering high performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local industry, employment, and training providers to create new business opportunities.
* Work alongside the business development team and directly engage with prospects to promote genU Training.
* Oversee course planning, delivery, and evaluation to ensure outstanding outcomes for learners.
* Promote the genU Training brand locally and help grow our Adelaide presence.
What We're Looking For
* Strong leadership experience in managing and motivating teams in a performance-driven environment.
* Training, VET, or RTO management background highly desirable; transferable skills welcomed.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; approachable and collaborative.
* Strategic thinker who adapts easily to change and thrives independently in a developing market.
