About You
* 5+ years of experience as a recruiter or talent advisor
* Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Responsibilities:
* Own the candidate lifecycle from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing
* Develop and execute against a comprehensive sourcing strategy
* Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand their needs and provide strategic advice
* Continually improve and refine interview best practices to ensure a fair and effective selection process
