About the role
As a Service Concierge, you'll support the service team by welcoming customers, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience from arrival through to completion.
Key responsibilities
* Welcome and manage all service customers as they arrive.
* Address queries and provide assistance, or direction in a courteous and professional manner.
* Liaise with Service Advisors and workshop staff to communicate customer needs, requirements or updates.
* Answer incoming calls, provide information to assist, or refer them to an appropriate contact, either within the business or elsewhere.
* Administrative support as required.
* Ensuring all customers receive the highest standard of service.
About you
You'll bring:
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Impeccable personal presentation standards.
* The highest possible standard of customer service skills.
* Willingness to go above and beyond in the pursuit of customer satisfaction.
* Previous experience in customer service positions.
* The ability to maintain composure under pressure.
* Current Driver's License.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
