Job Title: Project Support Officer

Pay Rate: $46.00 casual per hour
Location: Lismore
As a Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and quality administrative services for our Lismore Office. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of fields including; property and fleet management, staff training and development, administration, WHS, new starter onboarding and staff engagement.
Additionally, you will be required to provide Project Managers with administrative project support as part of your core duties.
You will be the primary site point of contact for stakeholders, contractors and suppliers, providing professional and timely responses to their enquiries and coordinating works to minimise disruptions to the office operation.

Inherent requirements of the role/ Essential Skills and Experience:
· Use multiple software systems, including Office 365
· Strong ability to work autonomously and within a team
· Experience in business and project administration support
· Strong written and verbal skills
· Availability for the full duration of the contract
· Available to commence with minimal notice
