Our client is currently seeking qualified diesel or auto mechanics, people with strong mechanical aptitude and apprentice mechanics for a 6 month assignment, working across a range of trucks, agricultural machinery and vehicles. About The Role: You will be responsible for scheduled servicing, routine maintenance, and minor repairs to keep machinery and vehicles running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Perform general servicing and preventative maintenance Inspect, diagnose and report mechanical issues Replace basic engine parts (filters, fluids, belts, break pads) Keep your workplace clean and safe Follow all OHS requirements Accurately complete job cards and timesheets About You: Diesel or Auto Mechanic Qualification or equivalent experience Familiarity with trucks, farm machinery and light vehicles Basic computer skills for service records This is a great opportunity for a qualified mechanic to step into a hands-on role working with a variety of machinery and vehicles or if you are an apprentice looking for 6 months of work to go towards your qualification we’d love to hear from you.
