About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Field Service Professional to support our customers across Perth, Western Australia. This role involves travelling extensively, ensuring optimal performance of instruments and providing technical solutions to customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Install, commission, and calibrate instruments to meet customer needs.
* Perform regular maintenance checks to prevent downtime.
* Diagnose and repair instruments during breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
* Provide expert technical support and solutions to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
* Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
About You:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in field service roles, preferably in customer-facing positions.
* An Advanced Diploma or higher in Electronics, with strong electro-mechanical skills.
* Familiarity with digital tools and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
* Flexibility to travel at short notice, including remote and interstate locations.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues efficiently.
* Experience with X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), or neutron analysis is an advantage but not essential.
