* No high-volume cold calling
* No low-margin deal chasing.
* No selling in isolation from delivery.
This is a commercial partner role focused on growing long-term, profitable enterprise relationships.
Our client is a profitable, 20+ year ANZ business that's becoming a software-enabled brand infrastructure partner for large multi-site organisations! They work with major national and global brands, managing their physical brand presence across hundreds of locations, combining a SaaS platform with delivery, lifecycle management and strategic consulting.
They're at an inflection point: moving from project-based work to embedded, multi-year enterprise partnerships.
THE ROLE
You'll primarily grow existing enterprise accounts, expanding relationships across regions, brands and services.
That means
* Building senior relationships with Brand, Marketing and Operations leaders
* Running structured account plans and QBRs
* Multithreading into new stakeholders
* Identifying commercially sound expansion opportunities
* Working closely with delivery teams to ensure work is scoped, priced and executed well.
Success is measured on
* Sustainable, profitable growth
* Quality of relationships
* Commercial judgement
* Internal collaboration
Not call volume.

* Not "sell it and throw it over the fence"
* Strategic, consultative enterprise growth

Salary: $170,000 + Commission (gross profit) + Super
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid WFH)
