The Role
The Director, Real Estate Product Specialist will be a key expert on IFM’s Real Estate platform, providing strategic insights, technical knowledge, and stakeholder engagement to optimize investment outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Enhance investor engagement and satisfaction, expand prospect coverage, and ensure effective interactions with consultants.
* Develop deep expertise in IFM’s Infrastructure Real Estate offerings.
* Partner with Business Development to craft targeted fundraising strategies.
* Leverage relationships within the Australian market to strengthen Real Estate engagement.
* Deliver compelling presentations to investors, prospects, and consultants.
* Manage data and insights, maintaining accurate records on Salesforce and other platforms.
* Oversee marketing materials, ensuring high-quality presentations, reports, and RFPs.
* Conduct market research to inform strategy and provide industry insights.
Your Background And Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, commerce, economics, finance, or related fields.
* 10+ years of experience in product development and fundraising, with a successful track record.
* Strong project management skills and strategic planning ability.
* Deep knowledge of IFM’s products, investment processes, and market trends.
* Established relationships with Australian superannuation funds and institutional investors.
* Expertise in investments, finance, and real estate markets, including funds, property development, debt, and equity.
* Proficiency with investor databases and data analysis tools.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
