What you'll bring

* Current Australian work rights with no restrictions
* Flexibility to jump into morning, afternoon, night shifts, weekends, and overtime when needed
* Physical stamina to handle repetitive, hands-on tasks — lifting, moving, and staying active
* No issues working with poultry products — you'll be up close and personal with the process
* Able to work comfortably in cold, refrigerated conditions
* Previous factory or process experience is a big plus — especially if you've worked in production before
* Strong safety mindset — we want workers who follow the rules and look out for their mates
* Your own reliable transport to get to and from the site
