Our Wills and estates team has grown significantly and we have a new opportunity for an administrative assistant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a person with one or more years of experience working in a law firm who wishes to learn skills from an experienced and welcoming team.
Responsibilities
The role directly supports our senior paralegals and involves managing a high volume of phone enquiries, managing client onboarding and appointments, safe‑custody of documents, preparing client files for daily appointments, and providing other administrative support.
Qualifications
While ideally you would have some experience in a law firm, we will consider an applicant with a background in another type of business if they have a genuine desire to move into the legal space and a willingness to learn. The most important quality that the right candidate brings is that they genuinely reflect our core values.
At Penmans we have a strong history of our more junior team members staying with us long term and growing into senior paralegal roles.
