Job Description

Reception Team Leader – Join Our Front Office Leadership Team

Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? We're looking for a dedicated Reception Team Leader to join our front office team. In this dynamic role, you'll work a variety of shifts, including Receptionist, while regularly stepping up as Shift Leader or Hotel Duty Manager.

In this role, you will:

* Warmly welcome guests and provide ongoing support and leadership to the Reception team.

* Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, approachable manner that reflects our brand values.

* Lead daily front desk operations, ensuring all team members understand and follow departmental policies and procedures.

* Supervise and motivate the team to consistently meet service standards and create memorable guest experiences.

* Respond promptly to guest concerns, taking ownership and following up with relevant departments to ensure satisfaction.

* Communicate daily priorities to your team, helping personalize the service experience for every guest.

Must-haves:

* Full legal working rights in Australia (including a current full-time work visa)

* A valid South Australia RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
