We at NEC are currently looking for Information Technology students, who are keen to kick‐start their IT career in a part‐time position.
About The Role
Learn to provide remote telephone support & software delivery for the end users. Whilst providing remote access functionality & utilising enterprise tools to deliver service to end users.
Learnt Responsibilities Will Include
* Provide timely and effective status updates to customers.
* Troubleshooting and maintaining PCs in a Windows environment.
* Learn to support and provide Desktop/LAN and Printer troubleshooting.
* Learn to diagnose and resolve software issues.
* Work with Incident management tool, User support, User training or LAN administration.
