About the Role
Based in Darwin, the Guest Experience Agent is the face of AAT Kings, helping our guests embark on the journey of a lifetime. In this role, you will:
1. Promote, sell, and provide expert advice on AAT Kings' extraordinary tours and experiences.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, from offering tailored recommendations to finalising bookings for unforgettable itineraries.
3. Create excitement for guests as you prepare them for their upcoming adventures.
4. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our Darwin-based team with vital administrative support to ensure seamless experiences.
About You

7. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with previous administrative experience being highly regarded.
