What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will deliver high‑quality diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and warranty support across a wide range of Caterpillar machinery. This customer‑facing role suits someone who enjoys working independently in remote environments and delivering exceptional service on the road.
Work with cutting‑edge Caterpillar technology and industry‑leading machineryEnjoy independence, customer interaction, and diverse challengesDiagnose, repair, and maintain Cat® machinery on customer sitesProvide technical support, advice, and a great customer experienceManage work orders and warranty tasks efficientlyContribute to product improvement and support programsMaintain strict safety standards and champion safe work practices
Skills and Experience:
Australian‑recognised Heavy‑Duty Trade Certificate with post‑trade experienceStrong diagnostic and fault‑finding capabilitiesAbility to self‑manage and work without direct supervisionDemonstrated experience working in remote or isolated field environmentsDogging, Rigging & Forklift tickets (desirable)LR Driver’s Licence (minimum)Caterpillar product knowledge and field service experience highly regardedStrong safety mindset and ability to support team coordination
