Your New Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse to provide advanced clinical leadership and deliver high quality, person centred care within the Logan Acute Care Team.
* Provide expert mental health assessment, crisis intervention and care planning for consumers in the Logan community.
* Work autonomously within an assertive outreach model, delivering care in homes, clinics, NGOs, GP practices and via telehealth.
* Lead and support nursing staff, contribute to service improvement, and uphold quality and safety standards.
* Apply advanced clinical judgement in complex situations while coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams.
About You
You are a confident, compassionate and skilled mental health nurse who thrives in dynamic environments and leads with integrity.
* Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge in mental health and addiction nursing, including risk assessment and complex care planning.
* Strong leadership capability with experience in delegation, mentoring, and supporting team culture.
* Committed to evidence based practice, continuous learning, and contributing to education and research activities.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
