The Opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales efforts across the country for OpenText's Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solution. This role will focus on driving new business growth and expanding existing customer relationships within enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in PPM sales, strong consultative selling skills, and a proven ability to engage executive stakeholders. You Are Great At: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets for OpenText PPM solutions. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis. Manage the full sales cycle including discovery, solution presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including PMO leaders, CIOs, and business unit executives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to align customer needs with OpenText offerings. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data within CRM. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges to provide strategic insights. What It Takes: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 7 years of enterprise software sales experience with emphasis on Project and Portfolio Management or related IT solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, enterprise sales cycles. Strong knowledge of PPM methodologies and tools, and the ability to articulate business value. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders across IT and business units. Willingness to travel as needed.
